Statement
Statement
Westerville has made progress in ensuring that everyone is welcome to live and work in our city. Westerville City Council approved non-discrimination ordinances in 2019 thanks to the leadership and advocacy of past council, staff, and community member. In 2021 the city hired a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) director. Although these are important milestones for our community this work is far from complete.
